Business Case for Investing in Employee Development
Presented by: Laura Ingram, VP of HR, AAIM
If there was ever a time for quick and effective employee development, it is now. In this session, we will share important information with participants on U.S. workforce gaps and the resulting need for companies to be equipped for quick development to meet succession timelines. We will talk about the workforce planning required to set learning and development priorities, and we will provide data that participants can discuss with leaders on the financial and customer impact of well-trained employees and leaders. Finally, we will talk about leveraging social capital as a part of the learning system.

All meals are served with a seasonal vegetable, salad, iced tea and dessert.
CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel any time prior to the RSVP deadline of the event and receive a refund or credit toward a future program. Please contact memberships@bnhrc.org to confirm your cancellation and to make arrangements for a refund or credit.
If you cancel after registration has closed, there is no refund or credit available as the attendee headcount has been provided to the venue and any costs related to this (meal, materials, etc.) will have been billed. If you are unable to attend, someone else may attend in your place under this circumstance.
