FEATURED TOPIC: What it Means to be A Group Plan Fiduciary

This presentation provides a detailed explanation about how the fiduciary responsibility provisions of ERISA apply to group health plans, and to help fiduciaries avoid problems in managing their plan(s).  Additionally, the presentation discusses some of the basic responsibilities in setting up and operating a plan and some of the possible pitfalls.
