Topic Overview:  New employees encounter tremendous uncertainty when joining an organization, from learning the role, to adjusting to their team, to assimilating into the company culture. Organizations use onboarding to guide new employees through this adjustment period and provide them with the resources they need to learn and succeed. Traditionally, many onboarding practices are in-person so that new employees can meet their colleagues face-to-face and learn the office culture first-hand.

2020 introduced a new challenge for many: virtual onboarding. During the COVID-19 pandemic, many organizations revamped their onboarding practices to help remote employees integrate without having to leave their homes. As we move further into the era of remote work, organizations that embrace virtual onboarding will continue to enhance their talent strategy and gain a competitive advantage.

Please join our webinar, Virtual Onboarding: Best Practices, Tips, and Tricks, to learn how companies are tackling this new challenge. We will also highlight how organizations can leverage virtual onboarding to improve diversity and foster equity and inclusion.
