Employee Journey Mapping is a powerful tool to help organizations understand and improve the stages of an employee’s journey. It can help organizations understand the “moments that matter” for employees and improve the employee experience. They can help you gain a better understanding of employee’s needs.

        About the presentation:

Struggling to find some joy in an uncertain world? Why does it sometimes seem so hard to be happy? It’s easy to be pessimistic about how the world seems to be trending. We are being pushed to the edges of our comfort zones in many areas of life, but many of us lack the tools to stay optimistic in the new normal. We can’t control external circumstances, but we can learn to control how we respond to them.

We all want to be happy at work. When you’re happy, it radiates from within and rubs off on the world (especially your students). Happiness has powerful effects on our day-to-day lives. Happy people are more productive, more satisfied, and they live longer. But how do you get there? With a little bit of help and inspiration, it’s both possible and delightful to turn on the faucet of joy, humor, love, hope, and compassion to feel better and perform better.

You will learn simple tools and strategies that you can immediately apply to increase energy, enhance mental clarity, decrease unnecessary stress, and stay genuinely positive in these challenging times.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed and frustrated or want to increase your happiness, you can learn how in just a few minutes a day!
